I am a fashion photographer, graphic designer, video maker currently based in London.
I grew up in a small village close to Venice in the north of Italy in a family which was immersed in Art and Music. At the age of 7 i started playing bass guitar in my brothers pop/rock cover band. From there my siblings and I went down different artistic paths, my brother in music, my sister into dancing and I discovered a new world through the lens.
Photography has allowed me to discover the world in my own individual way. My work is minimalist in its approach using strong colours and tones to accentuate the elegance within the frame. I still have a strong bond with music and it will always be part of my life. I love collaborating with musicians both in the studio and in concert, their energy and identity evident in every note and movement. In the future I would like to combine my historic and current passions; music and fashion to create expressive and beautiful imagery.
My career in photography started when I moved to London with a Foundation Diploma in art and design at the University of the Arts (LCC), this was a great opportunity to discover different visual arts and furthered my focus on photography. A year later I was studying at Spèos Photographic Institute to hone my technical knowledge and ease my entry into the photographic industry. This course allowed me to discover different photographic fields and fascinated by fashion photography. From this I worked out which skills I would need and developed my technical skills in that direction. After this I have continued to live and work in London on both fashion and music photography.
